About Us

Welcome to the LiveChime blog.

LiveChime is about making important connections quickly. And so is this blog.

Our topics: business news that touches your life, from suggestions on hiring to handling the wacky but vital world of social media. We’ll be on the lookout for ways to build better customer service, utilize tools online and off-line that might help a small or home-based business. This is a place where solo practitioners, too, can come together and maybe feel a little less, well, solo.

Several times a week, we’ll offer new content here at the LiveChime blog. Think of this as a shared space to come together. We’d love to hear from you.
